Be Ready Conference March 4-5 Foothills Alliance Church
Anyone following the headlines today will know that it is hard to talk about our faith in this fast-changing world. Many don't trust the Bible as true and Canadians are becoming more and more secular. More than ever, Christians need to be ready. We must be prepared to navigate through these challenges and we must learn how to provide biblical answers to our culture's questions as ambassadors for Christ. Be Ready 2017 will tackle issues ranging from, “Can we trust the Bible?” with Prof. Mike Licona, to gender identity, with Walt Heyer. There will also be breakout sessions dealing with topics such as: porn addiction among women, witnessing to Mormons, and the age of the earth (from both an old earth and a young earth perspective). Reading today's headlines shouldn't intimidate us. Rather, they should encourage us to share the hope that we have in Christ.
