“All Scripture is inspired by God…” (2 Timothy 3:16a)

Last Sunday, while looking at 2 Timothy 3:14-17, I made reference to “The Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy” (1978) and to the list of signers who attended the summit and ratified the Statement.  For those of you who are interested in such things, here are two links to PDF documents containing that information:

The Statement includes four parts: a Preface, a Short Statement (condensed version), Articles of Affirmation and Denial (full version), and Exposition (expanded background explanations).
